Data-Driven Life Science starting grant
Our group has been awarded a six-year (2024–2030) starting grant of 17 MSEK from the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation through the Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS) program.
This project will investigate the immune systems of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to identify the molecular determinants of successful phage infection, integrating deep learning, interaction proteomics, and functional genomics.
Andrea presented this work at the KI–SciLifeLab Symposium 2023, and it was featured in the KI newsletter.
