Our lab has been awarded a four-year (2024–2028) starting grant of 6 MSEK from the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet).
This project aims to identify viral genes that enhance phage-mediated lysis in fast-growing Mycobacterium species, combining our untargeted interaction proteomics platform with genome-wide CRISPRi screening.

Together, these approaches will map how phage proteins reprogram bacterial systems and may reveal new molecular strategies for combating antibiotic-resistant infections.
