The PHATE conference Phages: from basic discoveries to clinical applications was held on March 9-10, 2026 at Karolinska Institute (Stockholm), bringing together participants from across molecular biology and clinical practice.

Over two days, the meeting created space for discussion around bacteriophage biology, antimicrobial resistance and the path from fundamental discoveries to clinical translation.
